LOTR Trilogy- Extended - Blu-ray

Man, I can't bring myself to watch any of the LOTR films in their extended versions. They're over 4 hours. That's nuts. Though I will say Jackson left some really great and or essential scenes out of the studio version. Still think it was stupid not to wrap up what happened to Saruman. When my wife, who is not an LOTR fan asks, "Hey, what ever happened to that white wizard guy?" that's not a good sign.
